OSAYA does not own, operate, or manage the tours listed on this website.

All tours and activities are operated by third-party providers who are responsible for the execution, safety, and management of their services.

Assumption of Risk

Outdoor activities in natural environments may involve certain risks including:

• uneven terrain

• ocean conditions

• wildlife encounters

• weather variations

By participating in activities booked through OSAYA, guests acknowledge and accept these risks.

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during activities by tour operators for promotional purposes.

By participating in activities, guests grant permission for the use of such media unless they explicitly request otherwise.
