CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations

OSAYA assists travelers in coordinating reservations with independent local tour operators.

To complete a reservation, guests must provide accurate contact information including name, email address, and phone number.

A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation from OSAYA or the tour operator.

Prices and availability may change depending on the operator.

Payments

Payments may be processed in different ways depending on the tour operator:

  • directly with the operator

  • through OSAYA as a coordination service

  • through third-party payment platforms

Guests will be informed of the payment method at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the tour operator.

 

Unless otherwise specified:

  • cancellations made 48 hours or more before the activity may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling

  • cancellations made within 48 hours of the activity may not be refundable

OSAYA will assist guests in communicating with the operator regarding cancellations or modifications.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Weather Policy

Outdoor activities in Costa Rica depend heavily on weather and ocean conditions.

Tours may be delayed, modified, rescheduled, or cancelled due to weather or safety concerns.

In such situations, the operator may offer:

  • rescheduling

  • alternative activities

  • or refunds depending on their internal policy.
